Where did 2025 go?

Apologies to all that have been following me, 2025 has been a write off on content. This is all on myself, I take the full blame on this. This is something I always wanted to do, but my life got in the way, it’s not a paying gig so it got pushed away. My bad, I don’t use any AI hacks, so everything you get is me, including some grammar mistakes. My passion for food and travel is never going to change. 2025 also brought sadness, I lost a good friend and fellow Chef/ Cook Joe MacAulay July 2025. Jos and myself worked many functions together throughout the years, I am going to miss him, his humor, his zest for life.
I want to start off 2026 on a positive note, I am going to put a full day a month to work on my blogs, recipes, ideas. 2026 will be my first cooking video, and I am hoping my good friend Angelo Marcello will help me with my first Tic Tock Video. I will be also reviewing Edmonton and area restaurants and other cool establishments along the way. Happy New Year to all my followers, 2026 will be an epic year

2025 Highlights
Feb 2025- Mardi Gras, was beyond incredible. Great food, laughs with great friends
May 2025- Spain/ Italy, the Food and sights were incredible.
Aug Long weekend- Toronto Area- incredible Italian Food in Welland Ontario, Dim Sum in Toronto
Oct – Georgia, these fuckers know how to make good biscuit
Dec- Christmas with my family and the holidays
